Dalby Bio-Refinery Limited engaged Larpro to provide Owner’s Team technical capability in negotiating and finalising the EPC Contract for this (approx.) $100m project at Dalby on the Darling Downs of Queensland.
Larpro provided a small engineering and planning team and provided scope and cost optimisation initiatives as well as preparing documentation for inclusion in the EPC contract. Financial Close was completed in July 2007 and the plant commissioned in early 2009.
